Being a people manager and directing the team member to violate company policy can be aggravating factors. Other aggravating factors in this incident may include violating EHS rules, falsifying attendance record data, etc.

谢谢 我就是不想耽误他的时间,才借了badge自己去,就拿个配件回这边测试,被刺偷看到我去借了,告到hr,hr找我下属谈话了,他第一时间告诉我(他和我关系不错)

是的,我跟老板讨论了 而且我手里也有牌,我知道一个人的pto几年下来少log了二十天,hr知道却只是让那个人自己补上,没有任何申斥,如果那个人都没事,我却因为一次借badge就走了,那我绝对要跟hr周旋到底 我为什么知道,因为这个事情是我发现的,这个人是我组里的

这个算什么牌?别人的事情怎么处理和你的事情怎么处理完全没关系,更不用说这两件事没什么相似度。一般公司不会有人追究这个自己人借badge的问题,但是看你们HR态度好像还挺严重的。这种情况只能咬死自己不熟悉相关情况无心犯错了。
