大家讨论下目前有什么好的投资渠道,有什么价值洼地?

利率在降,cd 国债之类的肯定不行了
房价居高不下,买房的就是活雷锋
股市all time high,赌博成分很大
想来想去,没有什么是价值洼地值得长期投资布局的
只能持现金观望吗?
大家有什么好的思路吗?
吃鸡蛋
观望,或者把钱分成20份,一个月投一份
平时的退休金就正常投

洼地是要找的,不是一眼就有的,股市、房市都是如此,不能一概而论。

commercial real estate: definitely 价值洼地, but of course can go even lower.
private credit: fixed income and potentially flexible terms.
merchant cash advance: big gamble with very quick cash turnaround.

我比较懒啊 也没有那个眼光
只能看到比较显而易见的洼地,
比如说2020年疫情,
2008-2013年我也知道是个大窗口,可惜那时年少没钱。

我觉得都些都不适合普通投资者
需要很多专业知识和active managing

Many syndication websites that can manage these for you, just pay them fees. The fees are much higher than ETFs, for sure.
All I mentioned are passive income, so you just give money and wait for return (or bust). All are high risks, high fees and potentially high returns.
Things like commercial real estate, especially offices, are bottoming as a post-pandemic play and it is being helped by decreasing rate. You can also invest in ETFs that focus on commercial real estate.

不过commercial real estate investment companies 的stock 倒是可以看看

No problem. There are also ETFs for private credit, such as VPC, very good dividend rate and private credit is historically independent of stock market performance. But again, they charge "hidden" high fees. I would rather do syndication sites that have clear fee schedules listed upfront.

当下去寻求投资机会可能不是最好的时机。近期各方各国动作,美国大选等等太多不稳定因素。在很不稳定的大环境里面,现金是王。先稳定保住本金,再看大局发展做安排。今年甲辰年的10月戌月是震荡最大的月份。辰戌大冲,冲开水库。社会里最大的水库就是股市,因此有人会赚到钱。但是更多的人适合按兵不动。特别喜木火的按兵不动等到明年2月之后吧。
