你知道喝的量吗?至少我小时候身边的人并不是天天喝豆浆,一周几乎就是一两次最多,天天喝豆浆那可能是卖豆浆的。雌激素不超过一定量不会影响,常常喝就会。
这倒是,豆腐天天吃,也不是那么大量。豆浆没有天天喝。
我觉得吃什么东西都要适可而止。包括鸡鸭鱼肉,牛奶。要吃得杂,不偏食。
那时候国人普遍蛋白质摄入不足,现在不一样了,雌激素什么的还是要注意一下
