回头查了下我留的有限的几个google 1 star review, 都幸存着呢. 最近的是给一个泰餐馆,我打电话问他们订了位,生日宴一帮人去了居然没位,当然1星了。老板居然写了比我长一倍的回帖驳斥我,说我没有礼貌等等。哈哈,真没品。 we always appreciate valuable feedback. We appreciate that you brought a birthday party to our restaurant, that tells us that you thought highly of our food and you wanted to come back. Thank you for that. As all of our first time and loyal returning customers know, we are a true, authentic Thai restaurant, and we make every single delicious dish from scratch, handmade at the time it is ordered. It is not fast food. Lastly, When you showed up to the restaurant you were very rude and oddly confrontational. 不需用户主动点击,平台直接机翻来自各地、不同语言的评价。
虽然确实方便了些,但有个坏处是不太能用母语藏事了。 但中国人总有办法。
近来就刷到不少类似的评价,国人为了给同胞们避雷,灵光乍现出不少“中国人一看就懂」”的差评。
外国人看了可能百思不得其解,但会中文的一看便知,这家店不值得一去。
这种新型避雷方式,正在这几个月内逐渐流行。 有人说这是怂,但其实没这回事。
毕竟对于身在海外的旅行者们来说,评价里说得太难看,其实不是那么随意的选择。
大部分人为了保证自身安全,或想免于店家的催命打扰,都更倾向于咬碎后槽牙写下优美评价,顶多末尾用自己的母语给同胞们补一句避雷暗示。
可越来越精细的自动翻译一出,母语避雷的路也堵上了,这才有了这种折中的办法。
只不过随着AI的日益强大,人们还多了层担心: 会不会店家选择用AI破解这些差评中的秘密?
而为了完全规避这部分隐患,有部分思路极为活络的天才,甚至选择正式启用了「火星文」作为加密手段。 别住,这次住的最贵最不好的 表面上好评,实际上“莂唻”!

然后呢?怕外国人喷?这无所谓吧,旅游区的服务良莠不齐,想必大家心里也都清楚。
留差评可能会被店家骚扰
像谷歌,还有yelp,如果给了钱,可以自动删除差评。反正我觉得美国的一些非常搞笑,明目张胆的删,他们有种机制,可以说是顾客恶意差评,但是如果给了钱了的话(可以直接打电话联系本地的sales rep),可以更容易的删。而且,还可以特别容易删中文的。 尤其是一些台湾人开得一些店子,可以自动删简体字得差评
有些自动删差评,是机器翻译得,如果是普通的中文,发现内容不好,就直接删了。
说好的言论自由呢?留个差评都不行了

至少我的体验不是这样,我给我小孩的牙医留过详细的长差评,诊所很快有人联系我调查怎么回事,我如实反馈我跟这个牙医的不愉快经历,那条评论我没删,google也没删,一直挂着,后来还一直有人点赞
这些地方我不知道, 但是我住的 complex, 有一年 renew lease, 我被当场要求去 Google 给他们好评. 之前关于 renewal rate已经很不愉快的争论过, 好不容易口头说定一个, 签字前, 你能不按照他说的做吗?
用过google的都知道,根本不可能像淘宝一样一水的五星好评,很多言之有物的一星二星差评都一直挂着
