冯骥第一次出现在大众视野里的时候,他还是腾讯游戏斗战神的主策划。
经历过的老玩家永远都不会忘记这款游戏。99.7%的激活率,90%的用户满意度。游戏剧情的黑暗深刻,自研引擎带来的真实打击感,还有数千万打造的CG。然而就是这样一款近乎完美的作品,却因为无须玩家氪金而收入平平。
于是腾讯开始不顾主策冯骥的反对,开始加入大量氪金道具,整个游戏也开始变得逼肝逼氪。一代神作斗战神自此跌落神坛,成为一款“垃圾游戏”。
愤怒的玩家们将所有罪责怪到了主策冯骥头上。
2014年春节前,20多个玩家堵在腾讯大楼门口找冯骥要说法。甚至还有人找到了冯骥住的小区围追堵截。迫不得已之下,冯骥暂时离开了腾讯,躲到深圳某个工厂避难。工厂里没水,于是冯骥只能用毛巾擦着回南天的墙壁,收集一点水来。然而就算如此,他最终还是被玩家发现了,几个粉丝在冯骥吃饭的时候打了他一顿,还把泡面扣在冯骥头上,扬长而去。
四月份,冯骥回到腾讯大楼,策反了一批斗战神的制作组成员,带着6个兄弟离开腾讯,创立了如今的游戏科学。
