我专门问过h2o客服，理论上讲回中国wifi calling应该是可以的。或者说所有提供WiFi calling feature的公司都是可以的?
好像还有人反映wifi call不太稳定。
不能。Wi-Fi calling 跟你在美国用手机是一样的。你要打中国电话就算国际电话了

这些是基于你本身就是mint用户吧？不是随便一人在非mint用户下就有个internaltional pass可买可用吧？
这样的话，必须买个美国的esim的data，回国专门用来当翻墙的wifi用
