而且这就是民主制度的高明之处 - 换个其他制度，大家对这种（愚蠢的，反人性的。。。想用啥形容词都可以。。。）法律，可以直接把仇恨目标指向政府。民主制度呢，人家这是“民意”的结果，就让你有力气没处使。。。

我说的很清楚：我没有说“大多数”，我说的是“足够的“ - 指的就是在这个民主制度的程序下足够。至于是不是“对多数人民施行暴政”，完全无关紧要，这就是程序允许的。如果能通过程序翻盘，那么就可以这么说。做不到的话，这么说了也没用。
需要“大多数”人认同 - 这只是大家的美好理想而已。具体的程序如果没有这么规定，那就不需要。想做成什么，看程序，不看道理或者理想。比如，“pro choice ballot” - 你得能做到让这个东西上了ballot，然后结果也有约束性，才行，对不？那么要做到这一点，还是要先在程序上赢得这个（局部）胜利才行。
