如果同是economy class, international和domestic flight的legroom一样大吗

跟是不是international无关，跟航空公司有关

UA 777 economy很小，坐了一次economy plus，对我这个身高就是睡觉的时候腿能不能伸开的差别

Even with the same airline, seat pitch usually is more beneficial to the passengers in long haul flights than short hauls. The plane type also matters, i.e. 777ER vs 727

most airlines have retired those or use them only for freights. A380 maybe.
