奥克拉荷马一名59岁经理22日深夜为了驱赶在汽车旅馆停车场逗留的街友，在停车场内与一名街友发生激烈口角冲突，不料下一秒对方突然出拳攻击他的脸部，导致他当场倒地昏迷，被送医后在隔天（23日）晚间伤重不治，杀人的街友目前已经被逮捕。
根据India Today报导，59岁米斯特里是奥克拉荷马州一间汽车旅馆的经理，他22日深夜10点多发现一名41岁街友路易斯（Richard Lewis）在旅馆停车场逗留，于是走上前要求对方立刻离开，他的要求让路易斯非常不满，双方在停车场爆发激烈口角。
