单方父母在对方不同意的情况下，是否可以带孩子出国？

Google了一下，貌似是可以的： If you and the other parent are divorced or divorcing, you may be able to add travel restrictions to your custody order or temporary orders. If your child has a passport, however, the court may not be able to prevent the child from leaving the country with a parent.
甚至在离婚以后，一方都是可以带孩子出国的。
那前两天有人发的西雅图的新闻，是怎么发生的呢？对美国的法律很糊涂。

那得商量好啊，最好有个书面同意，不然飞到一半人反悔了怎么办

那如果商量不好呢？另一方有护照，执意带走，看法律上也是容许的。

没人报警应该没问题，但如果有一方报警了，那就会出现新闻里的事儿 看那个新闻，估计是双方离婚没谈好，一方确实有带走孩子的倾向吧
