二尖瓣 三尖瓣 主动脉 肺动脉 任何一个区域有murmur都是重病 一般都不会听错 比较容易辨别 如果连心脏杂音都听错的话 那医生水平太差 如果没有错的 那室间隔肯定有问题 今天的ECG正常的话 是不是所有的R wave 都是一样的幅度啊？
心脏功能不好，一般会r波递增不良。就是左室收缩功能不理想了。 但反着，只能是可疑，不能确定。
美国这边 心电图技师 考试不考杂音的。
超声心动技师 考试考杂音 但不是重点。超声探头比听诊器准确多了。
pa是要求会听的。np应该也要求会的。
另外轻度反流，不一定是每个周期都会出现，所以不一定是没捕捉到杂音，就是人家水平不行。
