可以在Linkedin上面做research,或者找你熟悉的recruiter了解,industry里同样级别的职位的range是多少,看对方的offer是多少,一般可以counter,但是如果对方对base很firm的话,你也可以要求sign on bonus,more vacation days,flexible working arrangement。。。这些是相对容易negotiate的
因为这和我上一份工作不算同一个行业,而且是小公司,glassdoor上没有足够的信息, 所以我搞不清楚他们的各个级别的range是怎样的。

你不要自己先据了自己想提高工资的要求。要不要再提高一点工资,是对方的难题,不是你的。你就按照实际情况提要求好了, 不要自己想太多
如果是好几万呢?
