看到Aimee Ran Song和她的buyer Kevin Shengying Chu的各种操作， 费了很大力气来一次次延期jury trial日期， 还故意导致朋友在官司中多花钱，感觉朋友真的很不容易。 朋友一直在坚持， 是在于希望我们普通人也有司法公正的可能。

揭露一下jury trial date是怎样一次次被延期的
第一次法庭说要延期半年是2023年七月左右，如果不同意要file show cause。 那时间我妈妈在国内摔伤在医院生死未卜，我急坏了立即回国。自然没有顾得上个去反对延期的事情。这样原本在2023年12月的jury trial被延期到了2024 年5月31日。
我们老老实实回答Aimee Song的194个证据问题（远远超过法律规定的数目，法律规定通常是不超过35个）并且整理确serve了他们1800页文件。去年整个感恩节一周假期哪儿也没去，每天晚上写到一点左右， 才终于回答完。而Aimee Song以及她的broker NRT west dba Coldwell Banker Realty 到今年二月审理Song和她的buyer - Kevin Shengying Chu 联合file的motion to continue时候， 还只produce了0页！ 一直到今天CWB还有discovery response没verify （按照法律 不verify等于没有produce。讽刺的是，Aimee Song他们从去年十月起file了大约二十个motions来compel我们！！！produce了zero pages的一方来compel 老实勤恳produce了1800页的。我们file了一个protective order因为Aimee Song一定要求我们in person做deposition， 无理拒绝我们remote diposition的建议。考虑到Aimee Song之前对我们人身安全的威胁，和她对我们造成的伤害和心理阴影。我们不能答应in person 做deposition。
尽管我们在庭审中指出， 对方在abuse the discovery process to create disputes to delay or disrupt the legal process. 对方file的20个 motions还是成为了法庭同意他们要延期jury trial的理由， 并且后来法庭又说没有足够多资源来审理这么多motions 就把motions都转到referee 让退休法官来审理 为此我们不得不自己出大量的钱！”
