我买过一个房子,记得从建筑商那过户时也有个类似的Covenants文件,说是为有足够多住户时成立HOA准备的。后来HOA没搞起来,那个文件也就如同一张废纸。 仅供参考

应该没有人喜欢自己家附近停房车,因为确实不好看,很多地方即使停自己家后院都不行,所以从情理来说你的邻居不开心可以理解,不过,还是得看你们的规定,如果没有违规,确实邻居也无能为力,只是很生气而已吧。 总之,买房车要慎重,得考虑停车的问题,或者停到别的地方,收费。
