请教大家一个关于公证翻译的问题，在I-130和I-485的官方instructions上，都提到了对翻译件的要求 （如下）： Translations. If you submit a document with information in a foreign language, you must also submit a full English translation. The translator must sign a certification that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English. The certification should also include the date, the translator’s signature and printed name, and may contain the translator’s contact information. 我父母从国内开过来的出生公证 （包括我的出生公证和父母本人的出生公证）以及父母结婚证，都分别装订成了一个本子，里面中文的公证书和中文的公证认证（译本与原本相符）都有公证人的签名和红色公章，但是里面公证的英文翻译，以及英文的Notarial Certificate（公证认证的翻译）都没有公证人的签名和红色公章，只有一个无色的钢印章在页面上，请问提交这样的小本子能满足对公证翻译的要求吗 （英文部分没有公证人的签名）？多谢大家了！
