给的理由是paypal/venmo/zelle交易过于频繁被管控了。 UPS next day air.

Lijuan “Angela” Chen was taken into custody Tuesday, May 23., on counts including conspiracy to defraud the United States and possession and use of counterfeit postage, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release. Chen, 50, operates a business based in City of Industry which provides shipping and postage services to businesses — including e-commerce vendors operating out of China — that seek discounted USPS rates for mailing their products within the United States. From November 2022 to April 2023, Chen allegedly shipped more than 9 million mail parcels within the United States containing counterfeit postage. During that period, her business received parcels from vendors, to which her employees applied shipping labels that showed that the postage was paid. She then arranged for the parcels to be transferred to USPS facilities to be shipped across the country. The shipping labels were fraudulent and included “intelligent barcode data” from previously mailed items, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Information contained in the tracking bar code on postage labels used by Chen’s business was inconsistent with other items of information on the label, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. Her shipping business was previously operated by her husband, who left for China two days after being interviewed by postal inspectors in November 2019. Chen faces up to five years on each of the two counts, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

你是说report to police department 吗? 我已经给UPS电话并且escalate the case to security department了,寄件人所在地区的security 部门会介入调查。
