do you have a reservation code from ANA? if yes, go to the website and use the code to "manage your booking", then you could choose the seat. Some airline only could do this if you purchase the ticket directly from their website, so if this is the case, use online chat or call them directly ( you might find a number speaking Mandarin also) and talk to them, only issue is if they will charge for choose seats or not.
