补充下背景, 目前全球能说得上名的造CPU的就这两家公司+苹果(以防有些大妈不知道), 所以禁这两家芯片也就是说国内现在能造可以凑合用的CPU了.
不仅包括AMD和INTEL的芯片, 还有微软的windows系统和oracle的数据库, 和苹果一样, 政府单位都不让用了. 也就是说国内目前半导体产业的发展进度大概到了能造出可以用的CPU+操作系统+数据库的程度了, 这也太快了, 算了下从芯片禁运到现在还不到 5 年吧. 目前应该就剩GPU还没大的突破, 不过看这个速度, 下个 5 年内有爆炸新闻也是大概率事件.
国内的芯片产业一旦起来, 新能源车卖到白菜价的情况又要重演一遍了, 不过也是好事, 要是GPU能卖到白菜价, 总体来说对于全人类的AI技术发展是个好事, 能让人类社会的整体生产力再来个爆发.
国外的X86 CPU基本就这两家, 市占率99%. 台式机和笔记本基本都用的X86 CPU. 苹果的笔记本和IMAC是ARM架构, 它们自己搞的, 但是苹果之外的市场也就这两家的CPU了.
国内早就有x86的授权生产能力,而且在授权基础上自己开发了不少新品
海光是amd授权的,主做服务器cpu
兆芯是via授权的。桌面办公电脑大概率是这家。

华为的那款 8核的,性能跟前几年intel的i5 8250差不多
Linux系统就一开源的,反而有后面到没什么。 有能力的公司,可以去修复。 而且,windows又不是开源,你怎么抄袭后门?

这有不是很大的市场,而且中国国产化很多年了, 在市场没影响的
政府采购百分比不高,有个2%?
从市场规模上和美国现在有些州禁ticktok的力度差不多。但是对于那几家国产cpu厂商可以不一样了。
国内CPU才起步,没啥商业竞争力
所以只能靠政府部门采购,形成商业正循环,帮助厂家迭代升级,并打造生态环境 政府部门电脑也不用打游戏,平常就是一些文件处理,对各种性能要求并不是很高

如果华为8核的只相当于i5-8250U,那太慢了!

你有你家钥匙,别人有你家后门钥匙。

你确定政府部门不需要高性能CPU和GPU?科研院所,军事机关,航天,地震,海洋,气候部门是不是政府机关。金融银行证券是不是政府机关?他们都不需要?
这俩基本就是主流了吧。
主要是没扩大到国内所有的电脑,
目前只限于政府等机关.
如果是中国整个市场,大约占了intel的4分之一收入
其实就是给国内的处理器制造商 创造一个市场,
有了这个市场,这几家公司互相竞争,
将来的获胜者,就是中国版的intel或 amd
如果没有这个禁令, 中国国内的CPU制造商,永远 不可能竞争过intel和amd
现在普通办公CPU 算力都多了 和两年前比CPU 性能慢倒不是主要问题
软硬件适配 用户学习成本巨大。要说这世界不计成本集中力量办大事什么都可以。但如果什么都自己弄 是否可负担就是一回事了 特别经济下行过程中的中国
成本虽然大,

关键是美国现在连 玩游戏的NVIDIA RTX4090显卡都不准对中国出口了,
谁能保证哪一天美国不会切断intel和amd对中国的供货.
所以必须要提前培养国内的制造商
需要什么不是最重要的 最重要的什么能买到 美国禁令一出 他们就只能选择用国产还是从此下岗拿低保 你猜他们选择哪个
其实也可以用,关键是不能连接互联网,有后门资料也无法传回总部。

我觉得是政府和业界评估,都觉得时机到了,就算没有芯片战,政府强推自主芯片和操作系统也就是个时间问题
