面试面完前三轮后，hiring manager 发了个email 说希望面完最后一轮后再和我谈一下。下面是他的email. 我不太明白这个time constrains come up 什么意思。拜托大家帮忙看一下！

我以为他说的是schedule meeting with him 方面的时间冲突
