This oxygen shortage keeps the brain from working as well as it should. For example, a stroke may block blood flow to the brain and lower oxygen levels. 改天再发个调查，测测老年痴呆病人的血氧含量。
手指茧子多数值就差，只要能说话能发帖不胸闷肯定没问题，有病卧床住院的测测才有意义，一般正常人根本就没必要测。
嗯，我不是个医生，感觉这应该是真的。 必要的检查还是应该的，以防万一，排除肺部疾病， 大多数估计是肺功能缺乏锻练。
多做哈气，就是呼气，好像会很有帮助。

茧子不影响的。我包着毛巾，纸，指甲油，硅胶等等测，数值都不减低的。不信你试试。除非完全挡住了，仪器会显示ERR，但不会显示一个低的数值。
向大家挑战一下，谁能发现一种material，可以让reading减低 一些？请回这个帖子。

没有啊。只是讲茧子多数据低的说法是不对的。
不只是告诉我啊。大家填我也不知道是谁填的。大家都能知道自己在哪里。老年痴呆最好早些预防。大家都能看到结果。自己判断。
当然，对我的好处是：如果我的血氧相对主流数值太低，我会进行各种治疗；如果在中游，我也就不那么担心了。谢谢！

我担心血氧太低是老年痴呆的一个充分条件，但不是必要条件。 如果我充分条件和必要条件用对了的话，我大约现在还好，最多是个早期 。

另外，炒菜的油烟也会影响肺的功能吧？看来以后要尽量不要做有油烟的菜了。想想抽油烟机上的那一层。。。怎么可能好得了。。。不知肺有没有自我清理的功能？
