要防止近视的话还是需要天天戴,每天戴满8个小时。 近视镜片是每半年一次收费的,你不够了还可以打电话要。你如果不每天戴岂不是很吃亏?
是的每年要一千多,所以目前为止发现Mysight 的缺点就是贵。

医生说可以,但只是低度散光,超过两百度散光OK也不行,散光比近视还麻烦,一旦度数高了,只能框架

谢谢提供文献!我自己有干眼的问题,不能带隐形,所以很在意给娃带ok或misight的透氧性,这个文章里提到了镜片大小和贴合度导致的透氧性差别倒是之前没想到的。因为娃小,医生推荐misight,但很怕透氧性不好导致干眼
misight的好处是因为软的比硬的OK镜最开始好佩戴这点是肯定的,但是一旦熟练一秒就可以戴上,我家孩子就属于这样,一开始也花了一两小时,一周后好转,关键是她自己戴的,我在配之前让她看了佩戴录像,外加教会她看镜子里自己的黑瞳往里戴。
3天不带都清楚很可能是因为过矫了。实际度数眼轴早就涨很多了。
眼轴长度是度数增长的本质。眼轴每年在0.2 毫米的增幅是正常生理增涨(控制在这个速度可能不会度数增长,低于这个速度可能度数会回退)
近视控制的本质是控制这个眼轴增长。很多认真防控的家长都是每个月监测一次。 机器也非常重要,最好的机器是蔡司iol master 700。
增加户外,望远,将ipad 转为6米以外投影,写作业用拉远镜都是有效的控制手段。
