If your Mac has multiple user accounts, click the arrow next to your account name to review the items. Click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions. Note: If your version of macOS has been modified, Erase Assistant can’t erase your Mac and displays an alert indicating you need to first reinstall macOS. Reinstall macOS, then use Erase Assistant.

这个其实还不是绝对安全， 理论上有些数据还可以被恢复， 最安全的， 还是把硬盘拿出来， 砸碎。
单纯的删文件删数据并不能保证所有的数据被重新覆盖一遍， 除非用专门的工具。

想把旧电脑卖给别人还挺麻烦的， 估计买旧电脑的大概也没那个本事去回复删掉的数据。
