在家自己做bone broth可行吗？kettle fire 吃不起了

戒了咖啡，每天上班就一盒靠kettle and fire 的bone broth活命。大家有自己做的吗，难不难？试过其他牌子的bone broth还有粉末状的，好像都不去kettle and fire好喝。

为啥要喝这个？

bone broth 的窍门是骨头要先烤过再炖汤，很容易就做出奶白的质地

雞的還可以，四隻腳的得當心重金屬

用instant pot 做啊，网上不少recipe 吧
