帮国内的闺蜜问问 孩子的特应性皮炎该怎么办

我从来没听说过特应性皮炎， 闺蜜孩子17岁，说是背部颈部很痒，国内只给激素药膏也没什么效果。现在闺蜜在网上买D3、Culturelle Probiotics 给小孩吃，紧张得没头绪. 不知道大家有什么好办法吗？
另外，孩子准备去新加坡读书，被要求打新冠疫苗，她很紧张，怕疫苗对皮炎有更大的影响。不知道打了辉瑞疫苗会有什么问题吗

the kid has to take antihistamine, e.g. Claritin, zirtac etc to manage daily life. and to be honest, its probably gonna be a lifelong headache. it will show up again when the immune system compromised. my 特应性皮炎 bothers me for > 5 years and I use 2.5% hydrocortisone and zertac just to control myself not to scratch the skin off. but I recently got better after getting a COVID.....

抹激素和高剂量抗组胺都无效的话可以考虑上生物制剂。
