是通过邮局寄的么?如果是通过 fedex 和 UPS,deliver 的人不可能也不应该接触到 mailbox。

应该是普通carrier,只能直接丢大楼里。看来以后还是不能定了,每次发生都很影响心情。
不是直接放mailbox,是有locker,包裹放locker里locker key丢mailbox 里。
提醒楼主一下,Amazon挺坏的。这次给你refund了,下次搞不定直接封你账户。所以最近价值比较高,或者容易丢的,不要从Amazon买了。
我印象中任何其他 carrier 都不能用 mailbox, 包括 touch, 通过邮箱放钥匙啥的
那说明这件事的根源在大楼的管理处身上吧
亚马逊自己的物流没有钥匙,不能把包裹放在parcel locker。这问题应该是大楼的管理处来解决,比如让亚马逊的送货员可以把包裹丢在管理处。
那封信也不是什么tech error,是亚马逊的算法认为这个地址上发起的丢失赔款太多了,多到需要威胁关账户的程度,客服只是人为推翻了那个结论。可见这幢楼的其他住户也没少丢包裹。
Amazon有个refund的百分比,超过这个百分比,Amazon就在你这里赚不到钱了,所以会关你的账号,包括退货都有百分比,超过了,Amazon不挣钱了,就不会把这个顾客当成顾客对待了 这个百分比是Amazon根据所有顾客退货的比例而得出来的

大概率就是人为弄错了,temu现在家大业大的真不至于搞这种小聪明,来来回回的人工成本都大过他家那些破东西了
Amazon不退款也不是你的问题,是整个公寓丢包裹的太多了
要跟Amazon扯皮没用的话就dispute信用卡,99%可以要回来这笔钱
我这个地址以后不会再order了,非常影响心情浪费时间,耽误用东西,Amazon愿意怎样就怎样。如果也影响我家地址的order,那时候再说,天地良心,这么多年只要求refund过这两次,本来去年丢那一次,我都不敢再order了,这都一年多了又试了一次,还是丢。
你当然也可以这么做,但Amazon 不卖你东西了也没问题
这不是你的问题,你只是这个地址的背锅侠,但是amazon不这么想啊,它就觉得在你这里挣不了钱了,amazon是看refund/return和购物总数的比例,我估摸你是购物总数少,两个refund和总数的比例超过了amazon的设定比例。 现在amazon远没有以前那么大方了,我朋友说现在amazon的evil少多了,我估摸是被amazon 给关了不少账号 我的账号很好,有次三千多货物没收到,我打电话找amazon,amazon还找了supervisor来和我沟通,普通客户不敢refund这么多钱啊,我说我害怕这个事情后我被关账号,他说他review了我的账号,记录很好,属于信誉好的顶级的账号,他相信是usps的问题,我说圣诞节的时候usps总是乱投货,后来amazon refund了我,我也没有关账号,因为三千多看着多,还是和我整体的购物数额来说,比例低,还有我的记录十多年都是很好的,从不退货或者说没收到。
有问题当然要先和商家沟通,你dispute多几次,信用卡公司就会关你的卡,信用卡公司也是有dispute的限额的,不是万能工具,随便你用
我现在都是自己去Amazon locker去取, 没办法, 想了很多办法都常丢包裹。 好在工作和家附近都有很多PICKUP的地方。
