真是愚蠢。bank of America 加 payee 的时候，收款方地址直接不让你看，每次加新的公司都要提心吊胆，这些人真是脑子不好使。
这和crime有啥关系，你发错钱了，别人不理你，有很种多可能。不管那种可能，都算不上crime吧。
意思就是PayPal不管这事儿，楼主自己想办法去，想报警就报警，反正不是PayPal的事。
跟不认识的人有买卖交易，应该用products & services，要被扣除手续费。如果想省钱用family and friends，PayPal是不会管的。

楼主挺坏的。一开始就断定：该中国女生就是不理。怎么能知道她看到了？
其实就算看到了，也强烈建议不要理。而且楼主一连错三次，其实有点不合常理了，绝对属于大大的问号。我当然不是说拿别人的钱就是应该的，只是说，时刻保持警惕性，防人之心不可无。当然，楼主肯定仅仅只是疏忽了，属于被误伤了，懊恼是正常的。
因为现在新的骗局层出不穷，你永远不知道你是不是会掉进一个新的骗局。更何况，存错账户要求refund，是一个古老的骗局了，连FBI都要求大家不要随便refund不明存款。
这东西，估计过了九十天再来refund，才能心安。
否则，你无法保证，Paypal哪天发神经，把这笔钱直接拿走，那个中国女生如果也refund了，估计就蒙圈了。
作为律师，我反正不会建议refund，会要求楼主和Paypal直接联系。或者至少是Paypal官方和那个中国女生联系。否则根本说不清，Paypal能把钱放进来，也就可以随时拿走。
楼主汇的钱估计是被这个女生转到自己的银行账户了，所以PayPal 没有办法了。

LZ我就是用PayPal付了几次吃饭钱。一时糊涂，在PayPal输入朋友英文名 Jane W（应该是没有输入电话或email， last name是中文）然后paypal自动跳出一个同名，我以为是朋友就付款了。然后 这一个月，和朋友出去过几次。所以付了几次。后来才知道朋友没收到。朋友的paypal帐号是中文名。
我用PayPal message 这个人几次，也request money几次。没人理。Jane W 怎么可能是没收信息，三次钱却收走了？
我每次发信息要退回都好好说明原因，对方也实实在在收到钱了。明明就是贪小便宜了。
中国女生是事实。我很惊奇中国女生会这样的。我周围的中国女生都是读书过来的，比较懂礼。 我和周围中国人朋友邻居关系很好的。但是林子大了，什么人都有。
我肯定没有此人的邮件或电话。就是输入人名，自己跳出来的。然后付过一次，paypal就自动加入contact了。每次一输入前两个字母，这个名字就第一跳岀来。然后我就付了。
我朋友也没告诉我她一直没收到。她一直比较大方，没打算问我要钱。而我自己也不愿让别人出钱，自己主动付的。所以才拖了几个星期。也就两个星期吧，就发现了。和收错的人联系了
不过，是很小钱。 就是不爽而已。想看华人有啥办法？
