这是本科还是研究生啊
嗯，Stony Brook 前些年已经远在 T100 之外了， 只是去年随 USNEWS 公校排名提升有了一个大的串升
OHIO STATE 至少这么多年稳定在几十名，T40 - T70
OSU在中部杠杠的，学术很强大的。
为了就业、人脉，还是石溪分校吧。
名气就是个party school，有啥有名的，当然st
国内小刘，石溪所谓地理位置没啥作用，90% 可能要回国的
如果要说名气，那都差不多，国内标准都是烂校。。。
差不多，这两校回国竞争力不如土985本硕博，更不如清北和华东5校，C9
本科
说个小刘感兴趣的， OSU ，哥伦布，乃至整个OHIO,巨无聊巨无聊，啥都没有，没有山，没有水。。。 站在椅子上俯览全州。。。。。开车可达范围内啥也没有
这一点石溪 就好百倍
但是OSU的中国小刘巨多无比，据说有三四千人
本科很多都没放榜呢，看看其他的申请结果再选
石溪也不少，
OSU， UIUC， Rutgers, PSU，普度 等几个是前几年本科小刘最多的几个学校， 最近小刘来的少了也许情况有变化。觉着这几个里面，要是回国的话，普度知名度略微高一点
没法考国内研究生

是不是因为好申请啊，中介给忽悠去了哈哈，后面有个贴子说OSU football牛，哈哈，很少说学术牛的哈哈，不过本科生也不需要啥学术了，这两个学校还是选石溪，排名没啥区别，石溪地理位置更好，四年本科在中部大农村也很无聊啊
Brookheaven 二十年前就说要关了。 然后内部搞个报告出来， 说关掉的话 花的钱比维持运转要高多少多少倍。 结果就一直还开着了。
我是学数学的，一直觉得stony brook比osu好很多，一直觉得前者是挺好的学校后者一般，不过本科排名我不了解。石溪还有Simons Center for Geometry and Physics很好很有名食物也非常好吃

要比卷，北美任何一个大学都比不过国内985甚至高中。可是有用吗？
学校有钱就好办事
都是普通公校，所谓排名具体到个人，根本没啥意义 无脑选Stony Brook，至少离纽约近些
中西部高校普遍缺经费 Michigan State, UIUC, OSU这一档的 在国内连二本都考不上，花钱找靠谱中介，基本都能进去
