Additionally, the 2 highest-ranking competitors not on the winning team (who may be registered as individuals or as members of a team) will advance to the State Competition. 大的chapter有多少人参加啊
官网的mininum6个和平均100个差别也太大了吧！
是说每个chapter最少6个进州赛， 所有chapter一起加起来100多个？
