我也搞不清怎么算的,是cnn的标题党,还是学术界都这么算? 也不是想调高就调高,还有衣食行等躲不开的开销?
想帮租户们也不是没办法,严格限制随便,没节制,任意的涨 HOA/Condo fee,保险,房产税等,严格限制大财团进入大量购买房地产,哄抬房价。套一句名言,房子是用来住的,不是用来炒的。
大部分人一年就赚几万块钱,超过30%交房租了,其他的消费就没钱了。真以为70万是贫困线啊
