现在new grad早就不会给l4了，几年经验都给L3，要phd才给L4，抠门多了

这个属于自己找数据来说服自己了 弯曲码农买的豪宅、硅谷娇妻怎么来的，码农的包裹就是很大

这是亚麻, 从L4起，所以才有year 1, year 2 signing bonus and backloaded 的stock(5/15/40/40).

这个数在OpenAI L5 算低的，L4 算高的。如果PHD ML 在学校做出点东西的不是不可能。

只能说亚麻不代表全部大厂
