有时候涨工资是双刃剑，doordash ,uber eats 在 NYC 被迫给外卖员涨了钱，active hour 近30刀， 听起来很不错，但实行以后，看 youtube 上很多外卖员抱怨实际收入不增反降，因为这样一来大部分 NYC 顾客不给小费了，如果单量减少送完一单等好久才有下一单，active hour 没多大意义

就是现在各公司太胖了，又没法高速扩张了，就裁呗。不少马公说了，一周实际也就做30个小时，资本家有的是裁人余地
