根据以买家和卖家为中心的博客网站Real Estate Witch的一项新调查，高达90%的千禧一代房主对他们第一次购房感到后悔。
这一数字比该网站的《2023年千禧一代购房者报告（2023 Millennial Home Buyer Report）》高出8%。报告发现，在20多岁至40多岁的购房者中，仍有82%的人对自己住宅的某些方面感到后悔。
该网站发现，最常见的遗憾与住所的位置有关，其次是“邻居不好”，第三是利率太高。买家普遍感到懊悔，可能与许多年轻人痴迷于在一个负担不起且充满挑战的市场买房有关。由于不顾一切地想买下属于自己的房子，潜在买家更倾向忽略明显的危险信号。
例如，Real Estate Witch发现，绝大多数的千禧一代（67%）愿意购买含有石棉材料的房子。有同样比例的人愿意购买待修房屋，62%的人愿意买下有霉菌的房子，还有58%的人愿意购买有地基问题的房屋。
然而，尽管35%的人承认他们担心进行大修，大约五分之一（18%）的千禧一代房主承认自己后悔买下一套待修房屋，但他们还是做出了这些让步。
新泽西州和宾夕法尼亚州的房地产经纪人乔·阿姆斯特朗（Joe Armstrong）表示，要避免这样的情况其实很简单，只要在签署契约之前做一些调查就可以了。

贷款几年就付清的当然应该买房子啦，好奇房价多少，出高了1万应该是根本感觉不到的差别吧，感觉是租售比挺好的地方，现在这种地方太难找了
