裁员集中在美国这边，各tech厂招聘主要是在海外，美国只招有经验了，招过来去培训海外的
未来数年CS毕业生的就业都不行的，除非去海外，但没有本土优势
不用 boost 失业人口，马工行业也不是劳动密集型， 只要平均薪资水平增速减缓或下降，就达到了目的，也是联储愿意看到的结果

经过2000年和08年的已经老了。 只经过08年和20年的正在变老的路上。 只经过20年的很幸运，这是人生第一个大教训。未来很长，机会很多。
2020不算吧，大厂都没裁员，最多hiring freeze，然后就是2021年大放水，阿猫阿狗都进了大厂，小红书上一堆3个月转码进google的人生导师。 这一波比较惨，从2022年中，一直持续到现在，大厂都裁了几波了。
把转码里面不合格的裁掉，码工市场能恢复正常。这些裁的可能还没转码刷题进去的多
所以说有经验经历可以传承的家庭，和没有的家庭是两个世界
