小公司可以，因为每个人都得干活出活，人少沟通也方便。大公司肯定是去办公室的人visibility更高，也更方便沟通
团队本来就是不同办公室的凑在一起，只能线上开会，坐不坐班没意义

我们组把principal和senior几乎都裁了，只留了一个干了好多年的senior工资应该是senior里最低，剩下的留的都是Junior
