其实类似的app有好些，我使用的叫做Dr on Demand，可以选择提前一两天预约在附近的药店看病，也可以选择网上看病，如果想要尽快看的话，一般等个十几二十分钟就等到医生了。当然这种方式的话自己无法选择医生，遇到什么医生全凭运气。目前我遇上的医生都还算靠谱。
记得第一次使用时我们第二天要外出旅行，要去NP走路hiking会很多的那种。但我家娃前天就说尾椎骨疼，但是没有很厉害，我们也觉得可能小孩子生长痛或者不小心碰到了，没有立刻约自己的医生。到了当天要坐飞机了却越发厉害了，让我们很担心这个旅行还能否成行。我临时网上找了这个app，等了十几分钟online看上了医生，医生听了我们的叙述，也仔细询问了孩子的情况，让孩子试着做一些动作，最后判断没有大问题，可以去旅行。听了医生的话，我们就立刻安心，带着娃开心旅行去了。
另外有一次我自己生病，约自己的家庭医生要约到两三个月之后，无语之余就用了这个app约了网上医生。医生很快诊断，开药，可以把药发到任何的药房，没有限制。目前我们的insurance cover了每次的问诊费用，自己掏点药费
我觉得一般的小病常见疾病这个app是足够的，但是重大疾病，包括需要做重要检查的可能还是要看自己的家庭医生。

看了一下16楼的列表，这不算能看专科吧，都是一些普通的小毛小病。
可以了，皮肤科那些，泌尿科UTI，过敏专科哮喘，还有妇科那些，精神科那些，内科的高血压，高血脂之类的，平常感冒发烧新冠之类都给你瞧，可以了，连掉头发都给你看，而且半夜24小时5-10分钟在自己家里就能看到啊，有的医保还不要copay。旅行的话在外地也能看啊。大多数人能有啥大病啊？

urgent care 比这个贵，外加还得开车去，这个在家里有网络就能看。躺床上也能看。都是有执照的普通医生或专科医生和NP。有MD，DO，NP。跟你去urgent care或者医院急诊，或者自己找的医生一样都是有执照才能开处方的。

需要动手和仪器检测的事情去看URGENTcare，比如照X光，取样检查，包扎伤口，听个心肺，做个心电图之类的。因为 urgent care 可以随时walkin， 不需要像医生诊所一样先预约，也不一定当天能看上。urgent care 还比 普通网上看医生copay高一点。
DRondemand在家或者在外旅行就能看不需要出copay, 我医保公司都推荐这种。我看他们付给网上医生50块，我自己不出钱。 而且看完当时就给你一个分析报告，里边写着这个病注意事项等。病假条也是写好的发到你Email，当时也告知你会收0元。
urgent care的确可以看，也可以online的，我用过的还是需要预约一个当天的时间，不是随时随地的有空位。
关于医生，如果你是想立马看医生，可能无法掌控跟哪个医生看。但是如果你看过的医生当中你觉得不错的，下次还可以预约跟这个医生看，注意是要预约，不是随时随刻available。（我想哪个系统也不能保证病人随时随刻的看某个医生）
