关键在于提要求之后，对方拒绝，或者不理你，你打算怎么做。。。
没啥赌的。。。提个要求而已，又没说对方不同意就如何如何。。。

要求就某件事谈判，确实不是啥大不了的事。如果仅仅停留在提要求本身（也就是不要别人不回应或者拒绝，你自己就升级。。。），那肯定不会造成战争，也不会造成断交，再次一点，也不会造成驱逐大使或者啥的。。。
这事上，最多就是对方口头怼回来一把而已。

就是福岛上的几千人又要糟心一阵子。 话说我从福岛给自己寄了一张明信片，航空哦，三周收到的，真的有点世外桃源的感觉。南乔治亚的五周收到。 上次马岛之战也打了南乔治亚，这回提没提? 早年阿根廷还一边缔约南极不属于任何国家，一边往南极送孕妇生第一个南极娃，暗戳戳留一手呢。
英国最多也就是强硬的表示不谈，难不成还会因为对方要求谈判就制裁阿根廷不成？正常情况下是不可能有能比作“打耳光”这个程度的反应的。
这种事，至少短期内，我是看不出有啥能造成负面民意的。。。
长期的话，你要求，对方不理；再要求，对方还不理。。。倒是可能对民意有负面影响，但也不会太严重。。。
当然，如果他自个儿作死，比方对方不理他就要制裁英国啥的，或者非要放狠话，比如说啥“三年内拿回马岛”。。。那就不好说了。但一般人不会这么作死吧。。。

几乎就没有一次类似的冲突/争端， 参与的各方会都愿意让当地人投票选择的。
就算最后这么做了，也是要么就知道当地人的选择有利于自己，要么就是无奈（就是没有能力自己硬顶下去）。

岛上的人早就明确表示过跟英国，现在岛上内部事务自治，外交和军事英国管。岛上收收鱿鱼捕捞许可啥的经济蛮好的，毕竟人少，少儿教育包括去英国接受高等教育都公费。还有个疗养院是为福岛之战的英国伤残老兵服务的，有人入住的时候就升旗。
中国一直在外交上是支持阿根廷的诉求的

我觉得阿根廷不占理。 我听过的阿根廷的理由是，1 离他家最近，2 西班牙占过，所以应该和阿根廷本身一起打包归他家。 这个群岛最早英国人发现的，他们上去的时候是无人岛，后来在几个老牌殖民者之间易过几次手。所以我觉得阿根廷要的理由没什么基础。 岛上的人不肯跟阿根廷混的理由显而易见。有阿根廷觊觎着，他们绝对没有能力独立，现在英国罩着外交和军事，别的都自治，对他们是最舒服的了。别说阿根廷，就任何一个南美国家，比阿根廷富裕又稳定的，他们也不会愿意跟啊。
