上个月收到一个包裹，是大约20刀的家用的东西，用的是我家的姓和地址（名不是我们的），但东西不是我们订购的，Nextdoor咨询后建议送回邮寄人，奇怪的是包装盒上什么信息也没有； 今天又收到一个小物件（放邮箱了），收件人是我的名字和地址，但是我压根没订购它。又去Nextdoor咨询，其中一个回复如下：“It’s a scam. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR For ANYONE THAT comes inquiring about a package, that claims, it got shipped to the WRONG address. ironically, I just read Nextdoor here of about four different people that this is happened to. I don’t know how the people get it shipped to your address and how they avoid paying for it, but they might get it with a stolen credit card, they find out the address of someone, they have it shipped to that person and then they knock on the door and try to get you to give them the package. So it’s really kind of weird the other thing that happens is, they want you to open your door so be very very careful about who knocks on your door and who you open it for in the next couple days because someone will come looking for that package. I would return it to the place or find out where it was shipped from and call them and tell them because I guarantee you it’s probably a stolen credit card, they get it shipped to your address and then they show up looking for it. There’s also tons and tons of theft of packages naturally because it’s Christmas but there’s so much of it on next。” 基本上是说有人盗用了别人的信用卡，然后把网购物品随便邮寄到某一人家，再敲门去取，如果开门就会很危险。 好在这次的邮寄人和carrier都很清楚，打算让usps把它邮寄回去（过程拍个照片作为证据）。感叹这个世道单纯想过个不被打扰的平静生活也真的是不容易呀！
