请大家帮忙看看claim hail damage后换roof的estimate 看着对吗

我们这一带经常有hail, 所以经常有人上门问要不要claim hail damage 让保险公司换roof. 他们可以帮着跟保险公司联系，屋主一般出个deductible 就可以换新roof. 最近有个公司在替我家claim 这个hail damage. 保险公司给了个estimate. 请大家看看。
Replacement cost value 26413.75 Less recoverable depreciation 4091.52 Less deductible 6370
Total ACV Settlement 15952.23
然后保险公司说payment will arrive in a few days. 我有点蒙圈，这就是个done deal了吗。我也不知道为啥要扣4091.52. 我的roof 保险是replacement value coverage, 不应该有depreciation 的。然后下一步是啥？那个公司我感觉是专门跟保险公司联系的contractor, 他们不是roofing company吧，要我们找人换roof? 还是说他们是roofing company 可以接下去换roof了。
明天这个公司要跟我们打电话，我们需要问什么。有点蒙。是不是要问这个payment 15962.23够不够换roof. 难道我们还需要出其他钱。

感觉已经批了。具体有没有depreciation你还是应该问保险公司，网友可搞不清楚。你应该是可以拿着这笔钱找任何roofing company让他们来报价，最好找那种能帮你搞定deductible的，这样你不用出deductible

当时偷懒了，觉得这些人有经验知道怎么deal with 保险。他们确实也有经验，刚开始保险来了一个adjuster, 他们一定要保险公司换一个，跟我们说原来那个adjuster 很tough, 几乎没批过。现在有点后悔了，不go with 他们就得付25%收到的payment.

楼主你说你家的roof insurance是Replacement Cost，那为啥给你出的却是Actual Cash Value？
还有就是你家和现在这家说charge你25%的公司签合同了没？

但我的保险买的是replacement cost coverage ，不是cash value coverage. 不应该算depreciatio的。
