求问动脉瘤可能性有多大

MRI结果： Impression: Bulbous appearance of the left carotid terminus. Recommend MRA head to rule out an aneurysm.
findings: The flow void of the left carotid terminus is bulbous.
假期约不到医生，懂的人知道这个bulbous一定是动脉瘤吗？还有可能是别的原因吗？
