你应该是在国外读书长大的吧，尸位素餐是个成语啊，其实很多时候是形容为官者在其位不为其政。如果我没记错的话，这个尸是古代祭礼而来的， 扮演神像只需要静坐，跟你想象的那个尸不是一个意思。
