简单多数就行？ 那多数党直接投票 把少数党 都给踢出去就行了。
不用看了，如果现在严打GOP，100%sample会有冤枉的，50%抽样漏网太多。

议员要2/3投票通过 总统是参议院2/3， house是简单多数
这个要super majority。总统弹劾众院simple majority就行了，定罪要参院super majority。
因为几百年前建立这个制度时的选民和现在完全不同

是啊。 能说会道加脸皮厚一般人真是做不到。 我生活中认识无数善良正直的基督徒，偏偏台上一堆垃圾。工作里也是，同事都很好，大小领导原来也都不错，这些年一个个被排挤掉，上来一些和政客们有关联的家伙，天天就是官样文章吹，越来越象中国了。红州各个方面都越来越象中国了，官本位，官大一级压死人，制衡越来越少，选举再来些猫腻，没戏了。 我现在每天和孩子讲得就是，这是一个好人需要发声的年代了。当一个好人，自己过好自己的日子不惹是非不行了。
