麦肯锡这类公司，肯定会避免公司出庭，基本不会出面告媒体人的，因为任何一个案件，都可能会被媒体人抓住某种问题。所以这位Oliver不怕大公司，但应该不敢和小人物或者黑道或外国政府斗，因为很有可能人家不走法律这条路，想治他有其他方法。
