换成华人有精神病他们就无视了。康奈尔那个孩子真的有mental issue不还是被抓了，还不能保释
不是精神病关起来，是很多犯罪分子明明是正常人但就要用精神有问题辩护，有的甚至在实施犯罪前就开始各种展现疯子的状态，以保证在犯事后开脱。
在我看来杀人就发死刑，不等于他是疯子就不死刑，否则就是一群薛定谔的疯子。
