听起来太好了，SFH刷漆房顶都包才200多是真的吗？

新开发的小区， 房子大概2000ft2左右 主要包 房屋外面的：刷漆，换房顶，修树，每周负责小区打扫卫生， 邻里纠纷直接找hoa 解决，比如谁家狗不分昼夜乱叫，谁家抽烟了，因为是无烟小区 小区游泳池 维护 master insurance，听说之前住户买的保险每年才200多 （对是每年，每个平均月30多，感觉跟不要钱一样），因为master insurance cover了大部分
请问如果没master insurance，2000ft2的 保险需要多少钱
