我们哪怕对人性再悲观，也还是有一定追求的。我们知道人自私，所以赞扬无私——自私可以自认为精明，但不会被拿来歌颂。同样，我们知道曾经几千年前、一万年前，我们的生物学祖先都可能做过很多不讲道理的事情，但我们还是会希望这几千年在人类身上能留下一些积极的影响。至少，现在人们出门是要穿衣服的。
