我觉得无论国内国外的医生开的安眠药无非都是那些,我家老人严重失眠,试过各种安眠药,时间长了都会有抗药性,就换着吃吧。另外医生有建议之前用于带状疱疹辅助治疗的Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid,试了说有帮助睡眠但是血压低了。costco那种sleep aid也试过,有段时间有效果,就都试试吧
