The verdict followed a two-week trial in the Kansas City, Missouri, federal court, where the case had drawn widespread attention for challenging widely used real estate industry practices.
The plaintiffs pointed to an NAR rule that required sellers to make a nonnegotiable commission offer before listing a home on the widely used property database, the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS. That commission hovers around 5 to 6 percent of the home sale price and is paid by the home seller both to the sellers agent and the buyers agent.

既然客户愿意花几万找中介就是图省心吧,真在乎这个几万块是可以sell by owner的
对呀,你完全可以自己list。不需要中介
收费合理的我挺支持的,但是现在房价动辄上M,成交一个普通房子,每个agent就拿3-5万,一年卖一两个房子就抵得上普通人辛苦早九晚五的工作一年了
可是执照要挂靠公司才能用啊,那也是一笔不小的费用
大概几百块,多的也就上千,而且公司还会给拉生意啊
考试不是问题,考完试要想买房是不是还要找agency挂靠,付钱什么的?
