谢谢, 给schwab去过电话, 申请个Debit card要三到五周的, 来不及, 没辙.
不是有fidelity帐号就行，要开fidelity cash management account，往里放钱，然后request一张debit card.
国内我在农行也能取，主要是我家小区门口就有农行atm机。
理论上，fidelity的debit card，世界各地都能atm取现。欧洲和亚洲很多国家都取现过，都很顺利。fidelity会报销atm手续费。
这边都是四位，回去没有问题

fidelity ATM卡取钱没有foreign transaction fee的(消费没试过）， 我试过上海，杭州，香港，新家坡，日本，加拿大 取本地现金。

全世界任何货币都可以；包括人民币。注意checking account 不能是最简单的那种。
回国用cash不方便，你下个支付宝，可以直接连国外的信用卡
