现在的Pension 和以前也不一样了 以前干2-30年就能拿到100%工资退休 现在的pension 各种限制 干到4-50年才有100%工资 根本不香了

我刚拿过Abbott的offer,虽然因为家庭原因没接,但按给的年薪算了下我这个年龄(40)如果干到60多pension可以拿1万刀/月,这样加上social security就绰绰有余了,401k存的钱可以留给孩子们。pension也分好坏,Abbott真的很好,最牛的还在于这个pension是免费给的(雇员不需要contribute一分钱),你去哪里找这样的pension,其它的企业估计是象征性的
私立就算了,要是常年亏本就完蛋了。快退休的可以试试,年轻的不要指望,30年里能发生的太多,还不如401k, 毕竟是自己的
常识都没有就少瞎评论,私立的pension雇主都买保险的,就算企业完蛋了penaion不受影响。另外,pension都是按工龄算的,快退休的年龄去有pension的地方干是几个意思?汤都喝不上
Abbvie 早些年去的有,最近几年再进去的没有了。
不会啊,该给还是要给啊。一般药厂pension是要求你干满5-6年,这之前被裁或跳槽pension就拿不到了,但只要过了这个时间,pension就一定要给你的,不管你什么时候离开。
