要在台湾桃园机场待12个小时，早4点到下午四点，大家有什么建议打发时间吗？
机场寄存行李， 台北市区半日游，突击看几个景点， 下午两点赶回机场， 你可以的！
楼主这行程太紧了，估计来不及，机场吃个牛肉面算了
太来得及了，机场快线到台北车站30分钟，北车就有很多美食，此外以北车为中心，可以去总统府，中正纪念堂，台北101，中山纪念馆，西门町，都很近，而且全都离地铁站非常近。每个景点一个小时，绰绰有余。如果去故宫博物院可能会有点远。
她凌晨4点到8点这个，哪里都去不了，博物馆，纪念馆，都不开门啊。
到下午四点呢

台北没有深夜食堂渔人码头吗？
可以进城玩半天，不过建议打uber更节省时间，一共才几个小时，不需要再浪费时间研究交通问题。
喜欢台北夜市。不过楼主赶不上了。

台北故宫，真要逛，几小时就过去了，而且如果冲着镇馆3宝啥的去的话，还不一定能看到。故宫记得离台北市区还有点远的。
